Welcome to The Education Programs Group
The Education Programs Group's role will be to organise the educational events, and to develop the resources and skills, required, to facilitate Tzedek's efforts to engage all sectors of the Jewish community on issues of global poverty, its' effects, and the Jewish obligation to respond. |

Tzedek made an education-presentation at the Liberal Jewish Synagogue (LJS) in St John’s Wood, London. |

Benji Stanley, Anna Gerrard and Clive Lawton | Former Tzedek Overseas Volunteer and current RSY-Netzer Education Worker, Benji Stanley, spoke about his experiences among Calcutta’s street children that scavenge a living as rag-pickers. |

The event was set up by the LJS and Liberal Judaism's Young Adult Worker, Anna Gerrard, who is also a rabbinic student at the Leo Baeck College. |

Clive Lawton spoke about Tzedek’s poverty relief work in Africa and Asia and how all of its activities are guided by and express Jewish values. Clive is Chair of Trustees of Tzedek.
