London to Southend Bike Ride 2010

London to Southend Bike Ride 2010

Join Tzedek and the JCC for the second annual Jewish environmental bike ride, cycling from London to Southend. You’ll get the opportunity to complete this challenge whilst helping to build the Jewish community’s first environmental cycling network. You don’t need to be a cycling professional to take part, but you do need to be a competent rider on roads, over 16 and up for the
challenge of cycling 50 miles in one day (whilst wearing a cycle helmet)!

You’ll also be raising money for Tzedek projects based in Ghana and India, and some of the JCC’s core social action projects such as our refugee mentoring scheme and sustainable living allotment project.

Last year, we received over £5000 through this fantastic challenge, bringing together cycling enthusiasts from across the community for this beautiful ride to the sea.
