Volunteer Programmes Team (VPT)
The Volunteer Programmes team (VPT) is a group of volunteers who organise the recruitment, interviewing and training of Tzedek's overseas volunteers to Ghana.
Most volunteers involved in the VPT have some experience of overseas volunteering, and use their experiences to support and train new volunteers.
Involvement in the VPT is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning about sustainable projects in Ghana, as well as those with skills in recruitment, marketing, facilitation and training, and fundraising.
The VPT meets every 6-8 weeks, and this is where tasks relating to devising training materials, supporting fundraising, leaflet distribution and interviewing prospective volunteers are delegated to relevent team members.
