All requests for funding need to be accompanied by a completed
Project Application Form. We request that you complete all areas as fully as possible and submit the form, together with the necessary supporting documentation (annual reports, statement of accounts, articles of association). Wherever possible, we would like to receive information in email format, so it can be easily shared with members of the Overseas Projects Group (OPG).

All Tzedek projects need to meet certain criteria. These are contained in a document called Tzedek Project Criteria and can be
downloaded here

Tzedek's project criteria are summarised in the following statement:

Tzedek works,
* regardless of race or religion,
* with some of the poorest communities of the world,
* providing direct support
* to small scale
* sustainable
* self-help
* development projects
* for the relief and elimination of poverty.

We recognise that there can be different ways of interpreting and understanding these characteristics, so each clause is explained in this document. This document is a tool to help the process of decision making by the Overseas Projects Group and the Board of Trustees who are the final arbiters of any matter of interpretation. To summarise, there are two documents you need to apply for funding to Tzedek.
