Overseas Projects
Tzedek works, regardless of race or religion, with some of the poorest communities of the world. We provide direct support to sustainable self-help grass roots development projects for the relief and elimination of poverty. In particular, Tzedek focuses on funding projects inside our Development Cluster Zones of Northern Ghana and West Bengal, India. See details of all our current projects here.

Maltiti Child Foundation
Increasing access to Education in Northern Ghana
Maltiti works with local communities in Tamale to improve their schools, setting up after school reading clubs and extra curricular educational activities. In the summer 2008 a Tzedek volunteer worked with Maltiti teaching english in one of the schools they suport for two months.
Maltiti are currently seeking funds to increase the number of children that they can accept into their very popular reading clubs. If you can, please consider making a donation to help.
